The International and Comparative Law Review welcomes submission of articles of substantial legal merit and creativity authored by scholars and practitioners of private and public international law.

The Review publishes twice a year by students at the University of Miami School of Law. The U.S. subscription rate is U.S. $58.00 per issue; the foreign rate is U.S. $68.00. Payments should be made in U.S. currency. Subscriptions are renewed automatically upon expiration unless the subscriber sends a timely notice of termination. Although the International and Comparative Law Review generally gives great deference to an author’s work, the Review retains the right to determine the final published form of every article. Articles should have footnotes for citations, and should conform to the 19th Edition of the The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. The Review assumes no responsibility for the return of any material.

All articles represent the opinions of the noted authors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the editorial board.
